• Alternator: Stamford brushless synchronous alternator with excellent voltage & frequency stabilization, low waveform distortion, ideal for powering precision equipment.
• Control System: SmartGen intelligent controller, supporting auto start/stop, remote monitoring, automatic fault alarm and multi-protection logic.

5.3 Controllable Fuel Economy

Standardized fuel consumption data under multiple working conditions from 50% light load to 110% overload, convenient for customers to calculate long-term operation cost. The 800kW model only consumes 202g/kW·h at full load with excellent energy-saving performance.

5.4 Strict Factory Inspection

Testing procedures exceed national standards with long-duration full-load & over-load verification. Triple tests on electric, mechanical and protection systems greatly reduce factory failure rate.

6. Selection Instructions

1. Distinction between Prime Power & Standby Power

• Prime Power: For long-term continuous operation, allows short-time 110% overload within 1 hour
• Standby Power: For short-time emergency power failure use, not allowed for long-term full-load continuous operation

2. Altitude & Temperature Limitation: Power derating calculation is required when altitude exceeds 1000m or ambient temperature exceeds 40℃
3. Custom Voltage & Frequency: Default 50Hz/400V for domestic projects; customized 60Hz for export countries and high voltage 10.5kV available on request
4. Optional Accessories: External daily fuel tank, soundproof canopy, parallel module, ATS automatic transfer switch cabinet, remote cloud monitoring system can be equipped as required
