How to apply for samples? Can sample fees be deducted from bulk orders later?
Provide the target model for a quotation including product and courier fees. If you place a full container order afterwards, the sample difference can be deducted from the bulk payment.
Are your quotations based on FOB or CIF? What costs are included?
Our standard quotation is FOB Ningbo / Shanghai Port, excluding ocean freight and destination port clearance fees. CIF/CFR terms can be calculated separately upon request. The quotation covers the complete machine, standard color carton and basic user manual.
What are the advantages of diesel generators over gasoline generators?
Diesel fuel has higher calorific value and lower fuel consumption. Diesel generators deliver stable performance under long-term heavy loads with sufficient power reserve, ideal for uninterrupted field and construction work. Gasoline generators are lighter and cheaper in unit price, more suitable for short-term household and camping use.
Can 50Hz and 60Hz machines be used interchangeably?
They cannot be interchanged. The motor windings and rotational speed designs are completely different. 60Hz models are mostly used in Europe and America as well as Brazil, while 50Hz products dominate Central Asia, Africa, Southeast Asia and most European markets. Please confirm the local grid frequency before placing orders.
What are the core differences between inverter silent generators and ordinary open-frame generators?
Inverter generators produce pure sine wave current with THD ≤3%, which will not damage precision devices such as cameras, medical equipment and laptops. Their noise level is 60-65dB at 7 meters. Open-frame generators feature higher power output at lower prices, suitable for construction sites and farms without noise restrictions.
Does your company have self-operated import and export rights for direct customs declaration and export?
We hold full self-operated import & export qualifications, capable of independent customs clearance and arrangement of sea, air and land transportation. We can also cooperate with customers’ designated freight forwarders and provide a full set of customs clearance documents.
